Anz Software Engineer interview experience

There wasn’t a clear process laid out, and the way scheduling happened felt like it depended on whoever was coordinating at the time.

I experienced a lot of back-and-forth where HR would connect or schedule meetings based on their own timing, but there wasn’t solid communication sent out that kept me informed. It made the whole thing feel unnecessarily stressful because I couldn’t rely on consistent updates. By the end, even though the difficulty level wasn’t described as exceptionally high, the lack of clarity made the process feel worse than it probably needed to be.
