My process didn’t seem overly complex, but I wasn’t always sure what the team was ultimately optimizing for.

It had a coding screen, then a take-home, and then several interviews with different people.

Those later conversations included a live coding session, a sales discussion, a culture interview, and a hiring manager interview. I remember feeling that the variety was the point—showing different sides of how I could work and communicate—while the definition of success wasn’t totally clear.

I didn’t get an offer, but overall it didn’t feel like a hostile loop. It felt more like a broad, multi-signal evaluation that left me wondering which part mattered most.
