I went through a mostly smooth process where the big step was a technical interview, followed by client matching interviews.

Technical algorithm interview — a single algorithm-focused technical conversation.
Client matching interviews — after scoring well enough, I was matched with a client and went through two or more interviews depending on the client’s needs.
Offer timing — final offers came only after the client confirmed interest.

Outcome: No offer—client confirmation was the gating factor, not just the initial technical performance.
