I experienced a fairly structured pipeline that started with English and assessment screens, then moved into technical interviews focused on fundamentals like complexity.

English proficiency + coding/assessment — I completed an English audio/proficiency step plus an online coding assessment.
Technical interview — I had a technical conversation with an engineer and shared my screen, discussing how my solution works, including time and space complexity. Outcome: I did not receive an offer; the takeaway was that they gate heavily on early screening performance and basic technical reasoning.
