I went through a fairly standard three-interview flow that felt mixed—generally leaning on soft skills, but one interviewer went hard on technicals.

Screening interview — a first interview focused on a general screening.
Technical interview — a technical round that was usually described as basic, with an emphasis on communication/soft skills, except for one interviewer who dominated the hour with technical questioning.
In-depth interview — a second technical, more detailed conversation to go deeper. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that the difficulty could vary significantly depending on the interviewer’s focus.
