I interviewed for the Research Analyst role and felt the process was overly demanding relative to the pay, with multiple long sessions that repeated my background.

Multiple interviews (extended block) — Several interviews spanning about three hours, which felt unnecessary because interviewers asked similar questions.
Experience and management-oriented prompts — The questions leaned into management-style experiences even though it was positioned as an entry-level role. Outcome: I did not receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the effort-to-role-fit felt misaligned.
