I applied for the Research Analyst role and was put through an unusual take-home style process with timed testing and course-based requirements over two weeks.

Recruiter + CV sharing — I was asked to share my CV as a first step.
Timed online exam — A timed assessment submitted online.
Coursework completion — I was required to complete three online courses and submit certificates after finishing. Outcome: I did not receive an offer, and the takeaway is that this path relied on structured assessments and training completion rather than multiple live interviews.
