I ran into a process where scheduling was the bottleneck, not the interview content.

Phone interview — I completed an initial phone screen.
In-person interview repeatedly canceled — Attempts to schedule an onsite interview kept being canceled and rescheduled with little notice.
Decision to decline — After multiple cancellations while other roles were progressing, I declined to continue. Outcome: I didn’t proceed, and the takeaway was that repeated rescheduling can quickly outweigh a good initial screen.
