I interviewed for the Research Analyst role but ultimately got stuck in limbo after a promising recruiter screen.

Recruiter phone screen — A straightforward conversation covering research experience and interest in the role.
Writing sample request — I was asked to submit a writing sample and was told I would hear back within about two weeks.
No follow-up — After reaching out multiple times with no responses (including no automated rejection), the process stalled. Outcome: I did not receive an offer, and the takeaway was that I never got closure after promised next steps.
