I interviewed for the Research Analyst role in a compact sequence that started with a short director screen and moved into behavioral team interviews.

Short screening — A brief 15-minute discussion with the hiring director covering basic interview questions.
Writing sample — After that, I was asked to submit a writing sample.
Behavioral interviews (multiple rounds) — Then I did three separate behavioral interviews with members of the research team. Outcome: I did not receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the process emphasized writing + behavior/fit with the team.
