Washington, DCPosted Nov 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the research role through a very thorough, multi-stage process that started at a major conference and then continued in Washington, D.C.

Conference interviews — I had initial interviews at the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology conference.
Phone interview — after the conference, I completed a phone conversation.
Onsite at HQ — I then went to headquarters in Washington, D.C., where I met with a series of people at different organizational levels, each with their own specialty. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but I felt the process was extremely professional and comprehensive.
