Boston, MAPosted Aug 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was surprised by a relatively quick hiring path with low friction, where the company was very personable from the first call.

Unexpected HR call — I got a friendly call that explained the role and moved me toward an in-person interview right away.
Two-hour onsite meeting/panel — I met multiple employees across research levels; conversations emphasized organization, communication, and behavioral examples more than deep technical questioning. Outcome: I was offered an in-person role at the time of the process, and the takeaway was that direct communication and organization stood out.
