I had an experience that felt chaotic and disrespectful in the scheduling phase, which lowered my confidence before the interviews even started.

HR called on the spot — HR attempted to schedule a phone screen immediately; I missed the call and asked to coordinate times.
Back-and-forth with no concrete scheduling — I went through repeated call attempts and voicemails with inconsistent timing, and there was no clear follow-through. Outcome: I didn’t make it to the interview stage, and the takeaway was that poor communication early is a major warning sign.
