American Express Data Analyst interview experience

I went through three rounds: a phone screen, then a conversation with the hiring manager, and finally an interview with the VP.

The details across the rounds weren’t overly complex in how they were described to me—more like a straightforward sequence that progressively got more senior. By the time I finished the VP step, I received an offer and accepted it. What stood out most was the pace: the whole process felt fast and free-flowing, and I didn’t feel like I was stuck waiting for long stretches between conversations.
