I went through a very selective, fast-moving interview loop for the Business Analyst role, with screening and video followed quickly by a final assessment.

Recruiter screen + HireVue + group assessment — A three-step process within about a week: initial screening, a HireVue video interview, then a group assessment. The interviews didn’t sound technically intense, but the overall funnel felt extremely selective (I reached the final stage as part of a very small fraction of candidates). Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the takeaway was that the process is streamlined and highly competitive even when the interview content feels straightforward.
