SingaporePosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a more rigorous, case-heavy Business Analyst interview process that emphasized structured thinking under pressure over a couple of rounds.

Group case study (1.5 hours) — I was placed in a group case format with a panel; other candidates and the panel interacted, and I had to engage and ask/answer questions during the exercise.
Business-unit round — I then moved into a round with the business units themselves, continuing the same focus on problem solving and decision-making.
Puzzles + resume/projects deep dive — In the broader journey, I was also challenged with in-depth questions on my projects and decision-making, plus puzzles and additional case studies designed to test analytical thinking. Outcome: No
