I had a smooth, quickly scheduled process that then stalled after they surfaced visa sponsorship constraints and didn’t deliver promised feedback.

Fast scheduling + recruiter screening — I was scheduled quickly and learned the team focused on candidates without visa sponsorship needs.
No feedback despite promise — I was told I would receive interview feedback, but I never did and was essentially ghosted. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that sponsorship eligibility affected progression more than interview performance.
