I had a complete Business Analyst loop that combined recruiter screening, hands-on SQL/Excel work, a data case, behavioral stakeholder questions, and a final HR discussion.

Initial recruiter screening (phone) — My background, skills, and interest in the role.
Technical round — SQL plus Excel tasks like joins, aggregations, filtering, and summarizing data.
Case study round — I analyzed a hypothetical business problem from data, identified trends, and presented insights.
Behavioral round — Questions on stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving.
Final HR discussion — Salary expectations, role fit, and company culture. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; takeaway: they evaluate both analysis and how you communicate
