I had an interview journey that started with scheduling support from a recruiter, moved from Zoom to in-person, and stood out because they actually provided feedback.

Recruiter coordination + Zoom — I was contacted by the recruiter to arrange the first session on Zoom.
In-person follow-up — The process progressed in person with multiple interviewers who seemed pleasant and thorough.
Feedback emphasis — The team took time to provide feedback afterward, which I hadn’t expected. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that the feedback process was unusually considerate.
