London, EnglandPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly standard Business Analyst loop focused on strong fundamentals, with credit-card knowledge showing up in the technical stage over a ~2-month timeline.

HR screening — I talked through my background and fit for the role.
Behavioral round — I answered typical behavioral questions.
Technical (credit card industry) — I was tested on how well I understood the credit card industry.
Final behavioral (CV emphasis) — The last step drilled into my resume experience and how I approached situations. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt clear and aligned around industry knowledge plus behavioral fit.
