My process dragged on in timing and felt unpleasant on communication, stretching well beyond the initial phone stage before results even arrived.

Phone interview — I had the initial call, but after that it took a long time to schedule the first follow-ups.
Feedback/results delay — More than 27 days for the first round follow-through and over a month for results, with nearly two months total before I heard back. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the process felt especially negative because the interviewer was perceived as rude and unwilling to hear my answers.
