I interviewed for a Business Analyst role with a short, two-round format that stayed focused on my experience, SQL basics, and workplace scenarios.

Manager interview — I discussed my past projects and experience, including how I used SQL and handled scenario-based questions.
Director interview — I again covered projects and fit, with additional focus on SQL and practical workplace scenarios and personal details. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that keeping my project explanations tight and directly tied to the role was the main lever.
