I had a multi-round process mixing HR context, a single case prompt, and fairly hands-on technical testing in SQL plus ML fundamentals.

HR first round — We covered my background and projects, plus one case study.
Technical manager round — I handled a technical interview that included SQL coding (joins) and several ML concepts (overfitting, performance, etc.).
Behaviorals (light) — There were basic behavioral questions in the early mix. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that they connect the case discussion to concrete technical competence.
