I started a Business Analyst process that initially looked promising, but the experience turned into a long, frustrating wait after my first interview.

Initial recruiter interview/screen — I was screened with basic qualification questions.
Follow-up delay / ghosting — After the screen, I didn’t get updates despite repeated messages. One time I was told to expect a response by a specific day, and it never came, with weeks passing and no feedback. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that even if the first conversation goes well, slow communication can derail momentum.
