My process began with an HR standard phone call after I applied through LinkedIn to check fit.

After that, I had two face-to-face rounds with the direct manager and the next level up.

Most of the questions were about personality and work ethics, which shaped the feel of the process as more qualitative than purely technical. The final round was another phone call with a deputy MD since the main MD wasn’t available. Even though the steps were clear and the conversations were focused, I didn’t receive an offer.
