American Express Global Business Travel Business Analyst interview experience

The technical interview centered on basic programming, problem-solving, and logical thinking, which made the vibe more about how I reasoned than about any obscure trivia.

After that, the final round shifted toward HR and communication. We talked through my background and past projects, and they focused heavily on why I was interested in the role. The whole process felt professional and organized, and even though I didn’t end up with an offer, I walked away feeling like the interviewers understood what they were evaluating.
