I went through three rounds that started with a manager, then senior manager, and finally a director.

The whole process felt smooth, and each round was built around case studies designed to understand my approach.

It wasn’t about memorizing facts; it was about how I structured my thinking when solving a scenario. The experience was consistent across the different levels of interviewers, and I felt like the process was measuring my method more than trying to catch me off guard. I didn’t receive an offer in the version I went through, but the process itself felt well-run.
