I kicked things off by sharing my CV with the hiring manager through my existing network.

He set up a 1:1 phone interview, and that went into a clearer, more senior round after that.

After the call, I had in-person interviews with his VP and another director. The flow felt like it was designed to test both fit and how I thought about the work, and I remember leaving those meetings feeling like I’d communicated well.

Even so, I didn’t receive an offer from the process. The overall experience still felt coherent and respectful, but it took time to get to closure.
