My first step was a brief video call where they asked me about my experience and which technologies I knew well, plus my salary expectations.

After that conversation, they sent me a technical test.

The test included a programming challenge focused on a coding and logic-style exam, so the evaluation shifted quickly from my background to whether I could execute on the actual task.

The overall difficulty felt average, and the flow made sense—initial qualification, then a direct assessment. I didn’t receive an offer, and the thing that stuck with me most was how quickly the process moved once I was done with the intro conversation.
