Ameren Software Engineer interview experience

The interview itself was virtual and pretty short—around fifteen to thirty minutes.

The format was mostly standard behavioral questions, and it didn’t feel like they were trying to push me into anything tricky. I walked out feeling like it was straightforward and predictable. A few weeks later, I received an offer letter, so the whole path felt smooth from the session to the decision.
