Ameren Software Engineer interview experience

It was straightforward and mostly about making sure I and the position lined up.

After that, I had one combined interview that mixed personality-style questions with some technical discussion. The whole thing felt light compared to what I’d been expecting—no major curveballs—and the interview wrapped up quickly. I ended up getting an offer right after the interview, which made the process feel unusually efficient for how early I was in the cycle.
