I applied online and the whole process took about three weeks.

The first thing I did was a short recruiter screen where we talked for roughly 15 minutes. After that, I had a technical interview that lasted about an hour and was LeetCode-style, focused on a medium hashmap problem.

The final round was a hiring manager interview for about 30 minutes and was centered more on how I work than on a coding exercise. I ended up with an offer, and the process felt fairly streamlined—three distinct steps that each had a clear purpose, and then a decision came shortly after.
