I only had a relatively light technical interview, and it stayed focused on fundamentals.

After the intro, the discussion moved straight into technical questions across a handful of topics—logic gates, MUX concepts, and C programming basics. I ended up explaining my reasoning as I went, not just giving an answer.

The questions went deeper than pure software too. I was asked about MOSFETs and BJTS, and I had to draw them and talk through how I was thinking. Three people interviewed me, and the whole vibe was “walk me through your understanding,” which actually made it feel manageable even though the subject matter spanned both hardware and programming.
