I came in through a staffing agency, and the whole process moved quickly—about a week from start to interviews.

There were three rounds in total.

The first round with the manager was more about getting to know me and understanding the situation around my experience. The second round shifted into a technical evaluation focused on testing and debugging skills, and the third round stayed in that same area, also centered on testing.

I ended up with an offer. What stuck with me was how different the rounds felt from each other—starting casual and conversational, then tightening into a practical focus on how I approach testing and diagnosing issues.
