I only went through a pretty straightforward round where the questions were mostly basic and easy.

The experience actually concerned me a bit because it didn’t feel like they were screening in the way I expected for the level of role I was applying to.

I decided not to move forward from that process afterward. In my head, the interview didn’t test enough depth, and that lack of rigor ended up being a dealbreaker for me.

I didn’t get an offer, and my reflection was honest: the simplicity of the questioning made me doubt the process more than it made me feel confident.
