AMD Software Engineer interview experience

The first meeting was with the manager, and then the next step was with two senior engineers.

The senior engineer interviews were helpful in the sense that they seemed willing to guide me toward the right answers, but the call setup didn’t help my nerves—their cameras were off, which made the whole thing feel a bit unsettling at the start. Still, the questions were approachable enough that I could focus on the discussion. I didn’t receive an offer, and the lack of a final decision made it clear I hadn’t fully landed what they were looking for.
