The whole process took about two weeks, and I interviewed in Cambridge, England.

It was two stages: a technical interview and then a final stage interview.

The technical part included two coding questions, each asked by different interviewers. After that, the final stage shifted into a blend of behavioral and technical questions, which made it feel like they were checking both how I’d work with others and how I thought about the engineering side.

I ended up getting an offer. My reflection was that while the coding rounds were straightforward in structure, the final stage was what made the interview feel complete—there wasn’t a single lane they stayed in.
