My experience with AMD started with an HR supervisor contacting me and asking me to prepare to travel to the United States to join the company.

After that, the interview itself didn’t have much substantive content, and it felt like I was easily passed.

Because there wasn’t much technical depth or major questioning, it didn’t feel like a rigorous evaluation of skills. It was more of a smooth, procedural step than a competitive interview.

I ended up receiving an offer, and overall it felt straightforward—almost too light compared to how intense other interview loops can be. My honest reflection was that it moved quickly, but the lack of substantive discussion made it hard to learn anything meaningful from the process.
