Seattle, WAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer position with a front-end–leaning path that moved from recruiter screening into a virtual onsite, with moderate difficulty throughout.

Recruiter screen — a screening chat to align my background with the role.
Technical phone interview — focused on JavaScript fundamentals.
Virtual onsite (3 rounds) — a live coding DSA round, a specialized React/system-design round, and a final behavioral culture-fit discussion with an engineering manager. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; overall it matched a typical Amazon-style structure for front-end SDE interviews.
