I went through OA first, passed it, and then moved into a phone screen.

In that call, I was asked a JavaScript coding question and solved it, then handled a few follow-up questions. After that, I was later asked two leadership principle-style questions.

Even with a solid technical performance and strong answers on the leadership questions, I still received a rejection. What hurt most wasn’t just the decision—it was how much uncertainty came after. I reached out multiple times over different days asking for feedback or clarification, but I never got a reply, which made the whole experience feel more confusing than constructive.
