My interview process leaned into a mix of casework and behavioral storytelling, with a strong expectation that I tie my answers back to Amazon’s principles.

I had to go through a case element and then switch into STAR-method responses based on my work experience.

After that, there was also a commercial-style component where I had to pitch something—more like demonstrating persuasion and how I’d present value. The overall arc felt focused on both structured thinking and execution under practical scenarios.

I didn’t get an offer, and what stayed with me was how the process wasn’t only about recounting past experiences. It also tested whether I could perform in a sales-style format where clarity and structure mattered quickly.
