Cupertino, CAPosted Jun 2011 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was contacted by a recruiter about a role I didn’t apply for, and it took over a month to schedule the interview.

When it finally happened, the interview itself was very short—about twenty minutes.

It felt like they were interested during the call, but then communication went completely quiet. Several weeks passed without any follow-up and I didn’t receive an offer.

The experience left me with the impression that the process wasn’t as organized as I’d expected. My reflection was that the speed of the conversation didn’t match the long wait before it.
