Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I did an onsite interview that felt like I was fully able to solve the coding questions with ease.

My design discussion was only okay rather than great, and I even provided examples tied to what they were looking for in leadership principles.

Despite that, I still received a rejection. The experience left me feeling like the final decision wasn’t purely about whether I could code well.

My honest reflection was that even when the technical portion goes smoothly, the process can still end abruptly based on broader evaluation criteria.
