My interview process took about four months to play out.

During the final stage, I had five different interviewers, all running separate conversations back to back.

The biggest issue for me wasn’t that the questions were impossible—it was the lack of organization. I felt like I was being asked the same kinds of questions multiple times and that the team didn’t have a consistent plan for what they were evaluating.

It also gave me the impression they didn’t really know what they wanted from the process, which added stress even when I felt prepared.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer.
