My path into the process was pretty structured.

I started with an online assessment in Java where I had to find bugs in a provided snippet, and then I moved into online coding challenges where the language could be whatever I preferred.

After the coding, there was a work-simulation section presented as multiple-choice scenarios based on a job-type situation—essentially asking what I would choose in that kind of context. The last step in that set was a virtual onsite centered on coding challenges.

The overall difficulty felt average, and I did end up receiving an offer.
