An internal recruiter reached out directly and said my resume excited them, and they set up a technical screen.

It took about a month to schedule, and once I got into it, the process felt oddly opaque—there were absolutely zero job specifics, and everything was described like it was top secret.

After the phone screen, I got stuck in silence. There was no clear rejection, no closure, and no even a short “thanks but no thanks.” Instead it just went quiet.

I didn’t get an offer, and the most frustrating part wasn’t only the lack of details—it was how little follow-through there was after the technical interview.
