The process started with a technical phone screen, but it didn’t even really get going smoothly.

I had to reschedule because the call didn’t happen as planned, and when the interviewer finally did connect, it felt like the conversation got stuck in a loop.

They kept circling around a single question without rephrasing it, and without offering any hints before wrapping up almost immediately. The whole technical screen felt like it ended within about ten minutes, and I didn’t get much opportunity to show how I would handle the ambiguity. Overall, it was short, frustrating, and left me with the impression that the interaction wasn’t set up for a real two-way evaluation.
