Cupertino, CAPosted Jun 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a process that moved in a pretty standard rhythm, even though coordination could get messy.

After an initial recruiter screen, I went through another screen with a person in a similar role, then I moved to onsite interviews.

On the scheduling and logistics side, there were moments where recruiters didn’t fully keep everything aligned. I had responsive communication up to the point the first phone interview finished, and then the handoffs between recruiters felt less smooth than I expected. Once I got into the core interviewing, though, it was straightforward: I was looking at a limited number of rounds that focused on situational and career-experience themes.
