From the start, I got a confusing impression of how the company managed the process.

It wasn’t just slow—it felt messy and hard to read, with delays in follow-up and a sense that the recruiting phases kept moving without real closure. I kept getting stuck in the “waiting” loop, which left me with mixed feelings.

On top of that, the logistics around my interviews were honestly terrible. I was first contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn for a phone interview, then invited to come for an in-person interview. But close to the scheduled time, I was emailed that the interview would be on Skype instead. When I questioned it, the plan shifted again and it moved back to in-person.
