FrancePosted Sep 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a relatively standard multi-interview process where the feedback I received along the way was good.

I went through three interviews, and each time the conversations went well enough that I felt optimistic.

What ended up happening, though, was that the position still wasn’t approved internally. I didn’t get a full, clear explanation beyond that it wasn’t moving forward, so it left a slightly unfinished feeling. I followed up with HR afterward and didn’t hear back yet.

In the moment, it was hard to reconcile the positive signals from the interviews with the final “not approved” decision. The process itself was fine, but the lack of closure afterwards was what stuck with me.
